The Nigerien market is flooded with sodas from many sources. Most of these drinks are manufactured from synthetic products which can be harmful. The project objective is the creation of a processing plant to produce fresh fruit juice in Niamey. Niger is a large producer of mangoes, tamarind, lemons and hibiscus; products which can be used to produce good quality natural fruit juice to meet the needs of national and international consumers.
